At Not Lost, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your item, we offer a hassle-free returns and exchange policy.

Returns:

  1. Eligibility: Items must be returned within 3 days of delivery.
  2. Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  3. Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@livenotlost.com with your order number and reason for return.
  4. Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Exchanges:

  1. Eligibility: Items must be exchanged within 3 days of delivery.
  2. Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  3. Process: To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at info@livenotlost.com with your order number, the item you wish to exchange, and the desired replacement item.
  4. Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges. We will cover the shipping cost for sending the exchanged item back to you.

Non-Returnable Items:

  1. Items which have been tailored or adjusted for you.
  2. Personalized or custom items.

Refunds:

  1. Once your return is received and reviewed, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  2. If approved, your refund will be processed and credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
