Returns:
- Eligibility: Items must be returned within 3 days of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@livenotlost.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
Exchanges:
- Eligibility: Items must be exchanged within 3 days of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Process: To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at info@livenotlost.com with your order number, the item you wish to exchange, and the desired replacement item.
- Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges. We will cover the shipping cost for sending the exchanged item back to you.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Items which have been tailored or adjusted for you.
- Personalized or custom items.
Refunds:
- Once your return is received and reviewed, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed and credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
